Fire Door Compliance Company has been established to carry out compliance checks to all hallway/lobby doors in blocks of flats occupied by multiple residents of over 11 metres in height.
The government has introduced a law to ensure all communal doors are inspected every 3 months and all personal flat doors are inspected annually to make sure they are complaint and adhere to the fire regulations.
All inspections are carried out by competent, trained staff.
Reports are forwarded to managing agents following inspections.
